The ideal system for a combination of CCTV inspection and deformation measurement in mainline sewers. The KS 135 Scan camera has revolutionized deformation measurement with its rotating laser technology.
The KS 135 Scan camera has two laser diodes integrated in the camera head. While the laser diodes project points onto the inner pipe wall, the camera head rotates in order to measure diameter and deformation.
This method is called rotary laser surveying.
In conjunction with the PipeCommander software, the extensive scan generates a report that can be easily edited.
Application range 135 to 2500 mm
Damage and crack width measurement
When measuring a position, the entire ScanCam experience can now be loaded in the 3D viewer. This shows the measurement as a three-dimensional tube with all deformations. In addition to the 3D tube, in which deformations are marked in color depending on their strength, a round graphic is displayed on the right side at the same time, which represents a section at the currently selected point in the tube. Below the 3D view there is a flat representation of the pipe, in which the texture is drawn unrolled as a surface. The red bar shows the current position of the 3D view.
